These Terms govern your use of the Groovio app (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the Service does
The Service allows a host to play Spotify music and guests to suggest or vote on songs. We do not stream or provide music. Playback is handled by Spotify.
3. No Guarantees
The Service is provided as-is and as available.
We do not guarantee:
- Uptime
- Compatibility
- Feature availability
- Error-free operation
Use is at your own risk.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree:
- Not to misuse the Service
- Not to attempt to access systems you are not authorized to
- Not to use the Service for illegal activity
- To comply with Spotify's Terms of Use
You must have the legal right to play music at your location.
5. Donations
Donations (Buy me a tea) are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe.
6. Spotify Relationship
This Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify.
Spotify is a registered trademark of Spotify AB.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to the Service
We may modify, pause, or discontinue the Service at any time.
9. Termination
We may restrict access if the Service is misused.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and applicable EU law.
